Affirmation is the key: It works on the mind

One of the most important things we can do to change our lives for the better is to use affirmations *IN* our lives.
Sure speaking them out loud is good. Doing that a couple times a day will help.

However, if we really want to get the best use of affirmations then we have to integrate them into our lives.

It can also include pasting notes around the house or having inspirational desktop wallpapers on our computers.
Maybe it’s about having magnets on the fridge that touch us meaningfully, or possibly it’s listening to audios with positive affirmations.
When we do things like these, the affirmations become embedded in both our conscious and unconscious minds.
