1.    ENJOY YOUR LIFE RIGHT NOW IN THIS MOMENT
We can still enjoy our life even when we have a problem such as a health issue. Even if we are in pain we can still enjoy our life. When we think “I can’t enjoy my life until this problem goes away”, we take the joy out of life and we don’t always know when the problem will go away. You have permission to enjoy your life right now.
2.    DRINK A GREEN DRINK EVERY DAY 
No matter how you feel, force yourself to drink a green juice or green powder drink every single day. This commitment can cause major transformation because it is providing the body with so much nutrition at an instant cellular level. And we never feel guilty after drinking a green juice, it makes us feel better immediately and gives us peace of mind.
3.    CHAKRA HEALING
In terms of chakra healing, the jaw, mouth and throat are related to the communication area of our being. So issues here can indicate trapped and blocked energy. Wearing turquoise necklaces and thick soothing scarves are very comforting.  Look at pictures and photos of bright blue turquoise which helps with healing and strengthening throat chakra issues.
4.    RELEASE TRAPPED ENERGY

We are not meant to suffer or stress, we have been designed to be able to be joyous in all moments of our life, so learning how to offload stress as soon as it comes can keep sickness out of our body. Write out everything you hate about yourself and your life right now with the intention to hand it over to God to take it out of your body. Release all the hate. Write down any thoughts you have about yourself that you know are not healthy. Cry, scream, yell, communicate it all to God, it’s a safe place for us to communicate and everything to be absorbed. God will handle it and take care of it for us and we will be guided when to take action or to communicate to a particular person.

It kills bad bacteria and viruses in the mouth. It makes the mouth feel alkaline and healthy.
10.    BRUSH YOUR TEETH

25.     ASSESS YOUR TONGUE
Do you have a layer of white build up or bumps on the back of your tongue? This is a sign or oral candida or oral thrush. This is caused by excess bacteria build up. If this is the case:
Drink: Green tea, bentonite clay, activated charcoal (and swish in mouth), ginger tea, green juice (without an apple or sweetness).
Eat: Chew on raw ginger, raw garlic, onion (raw and cooked)
Cut out refined white sugar all together. Only eat natural sugars like dates, fruits, maple syrup, honey and coconut sugar when you absolutely have to have sugars.
26.    DO WHAT NEEDS TO GET DONE
Continue with your mission even though you don’t “feel” like it. Don’t let work or bills pile up which will just cause more stress to your life. Even if you feel like dying, sleeping forever, hiding, still make yourself a herbal tea or green drink. Do the things you know you will be proud of later. This will help you get through the “stuck” periods.
